Leadership Trainings are one of Olivet Teen Mission’s favorite part of ministry. It is a time where leaders come together to unite in heart, learn, have fun, and… be TRAINED.
Since many leaders from the countries in the Asia Pacific (AP) region will attend the Korea Christmas retreat at the Olivet Asia Pacific Center, OTM AP will hold an Asia leadership training after the Christmas retreat.
The Leadership Training will be held for two days and one night from December 27th to the 28th. The meeting will host OTM Mongolia, Korea and China leaders, as well as one potential OTM staff from Kazakhstan.
During this meeting, the leaders will unite to be trained in the areas of evangelism, weekly programs, media and teen discipleship. They will focus on also planning strategic ways to develop mission on those areas to go with power in the year of 2020.
May this be a time for leaders who gather can receive valuable training and strength to go back to their regions and develop their ministries and chapters.
