OTM Summer Camp began with an opening worship service, marking a graceful start. The service opened with passionate praise led by the worship team, drawing the hearts of the participants toward God.
The bible lectures during the camp helped to remind the teens that the Holy Spirit is not reserved for a select few but is poured out on all people—male and female, servant and free alike—transcending all boundaries of status and condition. The teens were encouraged to reflect on what they had been pursuing throughout their summer break and to now seek after the greatest gift from God.
In addition to bible lectures, there was a time of testimony and sharing. The teens were deeply blessed during the morning Mission Challenge time as they listened to the testimonies of young missionaries sharing the works of the Lord from various mission fields.
The Mission Challenge session was filled with tears, devotion, and testimonies of love for the gospel. OTM members were led to once again reflect on the heart of the Lord and to pray deeply, meditating on the love of Christ who comes to seek each one of us, and committing themselves to walk as evangelists who go “to seek the lost.”
This year’s camp provided opportunities for the teens to encounter Jesus, the Light of the World, more deeply through the Word, praise, and various team missions, while growing together in faith.
The teens were very encouraged, giving thanks and glory to God for the short yet richly blessed three days. They concluded the camp with a group photo, committing to live in the light and love of Jesus
