OTM Chapter Leaders Unite to Cast Vision of Hope and Renewal for the New Year

On January 14, Olivet Teen Mission (OTM) chapter leaders gathered for a leaders’ meeting focused on hope, renewal, and strategic direction for the ministry ahead. The OTM leaders met to look at the Word, review the Top 10 Goals of 2026, and set clear focuses for this first month of January.

The meeting opened with a message centered on Romans 8:28-30, reminding leaders that God works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Leaders were encouraged to move forward with renewed hope, trusting that through Jesus Christ, God can bring revival not only to their chapters, but also to their personal lives and ministry work, regardless of past challenges or limitations.

During the meeting, OTM’s strategic goals were presented, outlining key priorities for the year. These included establishing new ministry centers, increasing teen membership, and developing adult volunteers to strengthen and support teen ministry. Emphasis was placed on enhancing Bible study materials, leadership training, and media development to more effectively evangelize teens and involve them in the evangelism.

Plans for annual activities were also discussed, with a balance of online and in-person ministry. Leaders expressed hope for launching an online community for teens, holding quarterly online chapter trainings beginning in February, and organizing an on-site gathering following the General Assembly. Foundational practices such as daily prayer, consistent reporting, and relational evangelism were reaffirmed as vital to healthy ministry.

The meeting concluded with guidance on chapter-level planning and reporting, encouraging leaders to create yearly calendars, prepare for key seasons such as Lent and Easter, and support one another through shared reporting. The gathering ended with prayer and fellowship, as leaders committed the year ahead into God’s hands with expectation and faith.
