Training Details
Here is a general overview of the Adult Volunteer training
Part 1: Go through Foundations Curriculum
Topics Include: Salvation, Fall of Man, Kingdom of God, Discipleship;
Bible Books: Romans, Genesis, Matthew, John
Note: Volunteers must preach OTM’s curriculum to teenagers.
Part 2: Workshops
– Teach Bible to teens
– Hold Outreach Programs & Evangelism
– Discipling Teens
Part 3: Become an official OTM Adult Volunteer Certificate
– Receive Volunteer Certificate
– Apply training
When: Times are flexible
