Olivet Teen Mission (OTM) International is preparing to equip many adult volunteers. The ministry is focusing on promoting an online training to better equip adults into evangelizing and discipling teenagers.
With the dream of finding many young adults who already have passion for Teen Ministry, OTM hopes that this training will serve as a net to catch many and then equip them for Teen Mission.
The program consists of two parts: Bible Study Curriculum and Teen Ministry Lectures. First, training participants will study Romans 1 to 16 and the 4 Spiritual Laws. Tests will be given afterward as well to review their comprehension.
The second part includes lectures and workshops on teaching, evangelism, and discipleship. The aim is to provide Biblical lectures in these topics and practical ways on how to teach, evangelize, and disciple teenagers. In addition to this, there will be a Q&A session and tests on the content given.
The aim is to better equip all volunteers to have a firm foundation to evangelize and disciple teens as well as unite them with the strategy and commission of OTM. May this training program provide the tools to future and current OTM volunteers in order to reach numerous teens for the Lord!
